I ordered patch cables. When I did not receive them on time, I contacted Parts Express who said they had no record of my sale & suggested that I contact Amazon. I now have them & they work fine.The problem was delivery. I selected "Standard delivery" which had them delivered by DHL. I had my order number & such, but they told me I did not buy from them.When I contacted DHL, I found they handed off to the Postal Service. I found them at the local Post office.The whole delivery & customer service process was handled in a cumbersome manner.
